Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM 3DX Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of cutting-edge PLM solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing PLM solutions based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform from Dassault Systèmes, addressing the unique needs and challenges of our clients in the engineering sector. Responsibilities 1. Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, and then design tailored PLM solutions based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. 2. System Integration: Oversee the integration of PLM solutions with existing client systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance. 3. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to meet client-specific requirements, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces. 4. Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical expert on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, providing guidance and expertise to clients and project teams. 5. Project Leadership: Lead PLM implementation projects, managing project teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 6. Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular meetings and providing updates on project progress. 7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and end-users to ensure they can effectively use and maintain PLM solutions. 8. Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE solutions and apply this knowledge to improve client solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect, with at least 10 of experience working with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. 3. Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts, methodologies, and tools. 4. Certification in 3DEXPERIENCE solutions is highly desirable
